Who is responsible SG Design, Stefano, Ticino, Switzerland (shop.sgdesign@gmail.com) is responsible for the processing of your personal information on this website.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if provided), items purchased, and payment confirmation. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we do not see or store your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser, pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal and tax obligations, improve our store and, with your consent where required, send you marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Who we share it with
- Shopify (store hosting, checkout and payments) – see Shopify's privacy policy.
- Printify and its print providers (production and shipping of your order): they receive your name, shipping address and order details.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your package.
- Payment providers, to process your payment.
- Analytics and advertising partners, such as Pinterest or TikTok, only if their tracking tools are enabled on our store and subject to your cookie choices.
- Authorities, where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States and Switzerland.
How long we keep it Order records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting laws; other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
